Synopsis
This three-day-training module combines up-to-date information on solutions for improving energy efficiency and integrating renewable energies in production processes with work on practical examples, using the freely available GREENFOODS tool.
Originally designed for food and beverage production as part of the EU-funded GREENFOODS project, the training is now suitable also for staff from other production companies, mainly from sectors that require heat below 400°C. Among those are automotive, chemical and plastics, textiles, metal processing and treatment, or machine building. Energy consultants and auditors as well as technology providers that work with sectors like the above may also find it it very rewarding.
The 9th Austrian edition was successfully held in Graz, in October 2022. Previous trainings were also held twice in Graz, Vienna, and Salzburg, as well as one in Linz.
